About Us

Venus Colloids is one of the largest Carbohydrate Derivatives Manufacturer in India. The organization’s first manufacturing plant was established in 1981. With experience and continuous Research and Development practices, Venus Colloids has been able to develop and standardize the processes to maintain the quality and diversify it’s products for different applications over the years. We are widely recognized by customers globally for our integrity, excellent product quality and strong competitiveness. Since our inception in 1981, we have seen an exponential growth in our production capacity from 60MT/year in 1981 to 15,000 MT/year today & spread over more than 300,000 Sq. Ft. of land.

We introduce ourselves as one of the leading Manufacturers and Exporters of Gums for the applications in:

  • Textile Printing as Thickeners in the Brand Name of VIPROGUM.
  • Paper, Mining, Oilwell, Paints & Construction, Water treatment and a wide range of other industries in the Brand name of VECOSOL.

  • All these Gums/Thickeners are derivatized taking the environmental impact into consideration and it is also made sure that cloths/fabrics processed with VIPROGUM will pass OEKO-TEX Standards.

VECOSOL x

  • VECOSOLs are specially Derivatized Natural Polymers, which hold dominance for specific applications. These products are developed on the basis of some prodigious agro products, with which India is blessed exclusively, to a major extent.
  • VECOSOL series of products are a balanced amalgamation of Guar Gum, Tamarind Kernel Powder, Cassia Gum and Various Starches.

Flora and Fauna at Venus Colloids

We all rely on nature for fresh air and water, food, commodities, and of course, enjoyment! Working towards Conservation of flora and fauna and hence contributing to the welfare of the environment and the eco-system is our primary social responsibility.

With a total quantity of 6000, we have more than 120 different species of trees and more than 100 different species of shrubs, herbs and plants. We also have creepers and water bodies, which enhance our environment.

We have petted a variety of animals like Rabbits, Lovebirds, Manila Ducks, Geese, Guinea Fowls, Turkeys, and exquisite Fishes. Many visitors like butterflies, peacocks and other birds also beautify our campus and keep it alive!

Tree Plantation Drives

Tree plantation is an aspect of habitat conservation. We take the initiative of tree plantation very sincerely and completely believe in the importance of the plant life.

Blood Donation Drives

Blood Donation will cost you nothing but it will save a life! Blood is meant to circulate. Pass it around.

Blood donation drives are conducted every year in the organization. In a particular year, we were also recognized to have provided with the maximum bottles of blood in our city.

We at Venus believe that raising awareness on the most pressing environmental issues of our time is more important than ever.

We also conduct safety awareness seminars regularly along with mock drills to ensure the wellbeing of our employees.

Global Presence

  • Guartec, Guarfloc 66, EW-5C products which were earlier marketed by BASF shall hereon be marketed directly by us under the brand name of Vecosol FLW series.
